Podere Castel Merlo opens the doors of its eighteenth-century cellar to let you breathe the history, philosophy and art that surround it and to guide you to discover its wines.

After the visit you can choose from the tasting proposals of the wines of our production.

HARVEST WITH US

Delve into our vineyards, harvest with us and experience all the phases of the winemaking process from the bunch of grapes to a glass of good wine.

The walk in the vineyards with harvest is an experience that includes:

• explanation of the various stages of the harvest and wine production with an experienced and dedicated person
• 1 hour of harvest between the rows
• return to the company to experience the moment of the grape transfer and the subsequent activities in the cellar.

VITICULTURE TECHNIQUES

 Go into our vineyards together with an expert agronomist and follow the viticulture operations that each season requires.

Learn the tricks to get a nice bunch of grapes and end the experience tasting the wines of our production:

COOKING CLASSES

The kitchen of the restaurant of Podere Castel Merlo becomes the protagonist of your stay to teach you the tricks of the most representative dishes of the tradition of our territory.
