CLASSIC BRUT METHOD

Obtained from the masterly cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco and a scrupulous, long processing of at least 48 months on yeasts. Pale yellow, golden reflections, brightened by the richness of bubbles, aromatic bouquet, ranging from fresh flowers to white fruits, mineral notes and yeast, express the refinement of a sparkling wine that has received major awards. In the mouth, it is mineral, just the right amount of acidity and lingering.

GRAPES: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Bianco

AGING: 48 months on yeasts.
